Our Services:
Sojourners Haven has established relationships with our local communities and external stakeholders. Our staff are committed to our mission and vision, and are passionate about sharing their expertise and resources to support our programs which assist in the successful transition of our clients.
The main purpose of our program is to meet our clients’ needs through a strength based, person centered approach that aligns directly with the Core Practice Model (CPM) through a consortium of specialized treatment services.
